Born from a love of good food. Cath & Meg embarked on journey to find out how to make the best pastry. Using as many locally supplied, small producer, quality ingredients as possible, and from there, the making began. After a year of research and perfecting their technique (and a whole load of pies later ;). Empire Pastry was born.
With many years supplying Perth Chefs, Empire Pastry released a retail range in 2021.
