Farming Champions is a voluntary group of city and country Western Australians who are passionate about raising awareness of the important role our family farmers play in producing the food on our plates. Farming Champions are bringing the country to the city with our unique event “Farmer On Your Plate”. This event is more than a farmers’ market. It is about educating and connecting directly with the people that produce your food from their family farms. Meet a farmer, maybe for the first time, and make a direct connection between your farmer to your plate.
