Perth’s Loafers Artisan was formed ten years ago by Alaine Guthrie and Damian Norvilas who decided it would be a great idea to bake a few batches of loaves and rolls and hold a stall at Subiaco Farmers Market. The experiment was originally intended to be a one-off event for fun but when all their bread had sold out within a couple of hours, the pair realized they were onto something – there must be something special about the bread they were producing and so Loafers Artisan Perth was created. The rest as they say, is history. Today they are proud owners of a highly successful artisan bakery.
