The Seed Library Inc We are a new NFP that deliver seed libraries to schools in Western Australia. Our aim is to encourage children to learn how to grow food, increase the amount of heirloom vegetables grown in WA and improve health and well-being within communities. Our programmes include Seeds in Schools, Saving Seeds in Schools and distributing the SDG Comic by Margreet de Heer into Australian schools. In 2020/2021 we have 104 schools participating with 15,350 seed packets available to over 28,000 students. 300,000 heirloom vegetable, flower and bush tucker seeds. Read more…
