Hall’s Family Dairy, is a small 100% West Australian owned family farming business in Wokalup. Proudly dairy farming since 1890, today we produce a single origin artisan cheese, called Hall’s Suzette.
Halls Suzette is a soft washed rind cheese, styled on the French Pont l’Eveque and made with 100% Normande Cows milk. We have been breeding our beautiful Normande cows for over 20 years, and today we have the only pure bred herd in Australia.
