We are 2 truffle farming families living in the Pemberton region. Together we have over 2000 trees, a mix of Hazelnut and Oaks, planted approximately 12 years ago. We make a beautiful truffle salt which is ”all natural”, as opposed to containing artificial essence which is found in most truffle products. The salt is “Pyramid Flake Sea Salt” .This has been combined with our fresh Périgord Truffle, produced on our farms using minimal inputs and loving family labour.
