Established 2013, Hippie Kombucha is one of WA’s oldest & original Kombucha brewers, originally hailing from Fremantle. Hippie is unique, in that they use no juices in their production, and without a forced (added) carbonation, their produce is naturally derived, and finished ‘in bottle or keg’ – similar to Pét-Nat winemaking styles. The team embrace sustainable practices, with a move to reuseable packaging & bottles, natural energy in production & circular economy principles.
