We are a small family run fishing operation, working the Recherche Archipelago off Esperance, W.A. Our vessel ‘Bombora’ plies the pure, wild waters for the globally renowned Octopus djinda. In 2019 we established Bombora Foods to meet a growing demand for local, quality seafood in convenience form. Our pickled Archipelago Octopus lends itself to grazing tables, snacks and additions to salads. The produce is simmered, before being hand cut, pickled and packaged.
