Perth’s Loafers Artisan was formed ten years ago by Alaine Guthrie and Damian Norvilas who decided it would be a great idea to bake a few batches of loaves and rolls and hold a stall at Subiaco Farmers Market. The experiment was originally intended to be a one-off event for fun but when all their bread had sold out within a couple of hours, the pair realized they were onto something – there must be something special about the bread they were producing and so Loafers Artisan Perth was created.
